This package is tailor made to meet the HUB requirements of a courier company. All international shipments passing through the hub can be processed and handled using this software. This software was tailor made to meet the requirements of "Aramex International Courier" hub handling around 2500 international shipments daily. The silent features of this software include Airway bill entry, interface with FOCUS (Downloading shipments Downloading proof of delivery details), Invoicing, Rate sheets, Charging, Rerouting, Manifesting, Interface with scanners etc. This package has got different login levels.

Airway Bill Entry Screen

Using this screen you can enter the airway bill details. The system will validate the entries you made before saving. This screen also displays the history of five previously entered shipments. After entering all the shipments for the consol, you can generate the transfer keys which are used for re-routing.

Transfer To FOCUS - Outbound

Using this screen you can transfer outbound shipments to FOCUS for the given consol. FOCUS is the mainframe system located in U.S to which all the shipment details are updated from different stations.

POD Update From FOCUS

Using this screen you can update the proof of delivery details from FOCUS. FOCUS is the mainframe system located in U.S to which all the shipment details are updated from different stations. POD updation can be done for a selected account number or for all the account numbers for which POD updation is required (as defined in the clients screen).
